This is a space where your story is heard, your body is honoured, and your healing can begin.
With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and movement, I bring a deep understanding of how the body heals. My background as a nurse in neurological rehabilitation and community nursing means I can support you with care that considers both your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Since 2000, I’ve been teaching Pilates and have worked with hundreds of clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and feel stronger in their bodies. Today, I offer a unique blend of Clinical Pilates, TRE, Buteyko Breathing, and Hypopressives - available in person in Kent and London or online from the comfort of your home.

My approach combines gentle Pilates and TRE to reconnect mind and body, calm your nervous system, and restore a sense of safety. By first using Pilates to ground you in your body and improve movement patterns, we prepare your system for the natural tremoring response of TRE - helping you release stored tension, reduce pain, and build resilience.

This work is about more than movement - it’s about reclaiming calm, creating better connection between body and mind, and learning to navigate life with more ease.

My Story
For over 20 years, I ran a thriving Pilates studio by the sea and loved the life I had built. When the pandemic hit, like so many others, I had to quickly adapt - moving classes online, building a video library, and later running hybrid sessions with clients both in the studio and on-screen. It was stressful, but we made it work.

During this time, my personal life was turned upside down. My partner suffered a major stroke and required open-heart surgery, spending months in hospital. My studio closed as I became his full-time carer, supporting his recovery at home with very little outside help. Alongside this, I experienced the menopause, was diagnosed with ADHD, and lost my closest friend to suicide.

Those years were incredibly challenging and left me physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted. With the support of my counsellor, I made the difficult decision to take time away and start rebuilding my own life.

In my recovery, I found TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), which became a lifeline. It helped me release deep stress and begin to feel safe in my own body again. Inspired by my own healing, I trained to offer TRE professionally, combining it with my Pilates expertise to support others navigating pain, stress, and trauma.
Today, my mission is simple: to help you find your own path back to calm, safety, and confidence - and to never feel as lost or alone as I once did.
