Whether it’s that nagging back ache that never quite goes away, the racing thoughts that make it hard to sleep, or the lingering effects of PTSD, you don’t have to carry it alone.
Here, we combine the gentle grounding of Pilates with the powerful release of TRE to create a unique, whole-body approach to healing. Together, these two practices help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and release what has been held for too long. We start by gently bringing awareness to your body through Pilates, supporting better movement patterns and easing pain. From there, we invite in the natural tremoring response of TRE — a safe, innate process that helps the body shake off stress, release tension, and move back towards balance.
This is a space where you are supported, seen, and guided at your own pace. Our sessions are designed to help you feel grounded, more resilient, and ready to meet life with a clearer mind and a calmer body. Start at the comfort of your own home, and then progress to join us on our online sessions.
